At a recent Open House, hosted for members of its builder
network, Ritz-Craft Homes of Pennsylvania unveiled a reimagined version of the
popular “Anniversary” floor plan, now known as The “Anniversary III.”
When home buyers enter the front door sight lines from the
foyer lead into a contemporary an open area which encompasses living, dining
and nook areas, as well as a contemporary kitchen. The kitchen features a
Nature’s Palette design from Legacy Crafted Cabinets. The cherry doors are
finished in a semi-opaque, alabaster paint with a hand-rubbed black glaze. The
result is a striking color combination that has elicited jaw-dropping reactions
from the Ritz-Craft builder network.
This master suite of this home features his-and-her closets,
his-and-her vanity style sinks and Ritz-Craft’s ‘Mini Infinity’ shower package.
The sun room also features a custom wet bar with multiple wine storage options.
