Located just off the foyer, the den features beautiful

his-and-her vanity sinks, a spa cabinet tower with a pull-out hamper and
Ritz-Craft’s ‘Infinity’ walk-in shower package. The utility room of this model
features Ritz-Craft’s six foot utility room package, with a stacked washer and
dryer and a generous amount of storage. The utility room also features a
utility bench which features base cabinet storage and coat hooks.
