Located in urban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, this project was recently honored by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) with a 2015 Jerry Rouleau Award for Excellence in Home Design in the under 2,000 square foot category.
This particular project consists of two modules set upon a
site built foundation and garage. The location of this project caters to the
upper middle class of Philadelphia and offers many perks not normally found in
urban living, including a garage with space for two vehicles, an outdoor patio
and a roof top deck.
Several dilapidated structures had to be demolished in
order to complete this urban infill project – showing the versatility of off-site
building systems and offering a glimpse into the urban environments of
tomorrow.
