The Lindley Inn
Ohio and West Virginia
Our customer has found the value in constructing modular buildings in the most efficient and productive manner. Their success is found in repetition. This 31,000 square foot assisted living facility has been built five times. Doing so has allowed us to sharpen our pencils on cost and delivery variables. The building consists of 43 modules arranged to accommodate 48 living units surrounding dining areas and other apprpriate common rooms.

Shore Gate Village Grand
South Amboy, NJ
Shore Gate Village Grand represents the largest single building project ever constructed by Ritz-Craft. The building measures four stores in height and covers nearly 140,000 square feet of living space. Two hundred and fourteen modules create this living unit apartment building for seniors.

James Madison University
Harrisonburg, VA
This modular project saved the year for James Madison in 1996. University officials found themselves in an immediate need for student houseing when they discovered a 300 student housing shortage in their existing facilities. Ritz-Craft received a contract to design and construct the facility in September of 1996. Prudent planning and coordination with a local general contractor accomplished the goal of moving students into the facility for second semester classes of that same school year. The 90 modules, 150 rooms, computer labs, television lounges and everything else that goes along with student housing was in place and open in less than 100 days.

Apartment Building
Bethlehem, PA
When fire damaged the furniture store formerly located on this property, the owner was looking for a fast and affordable means of reconstructing his business. Ritz-Craft received the contract to reconstruct the furniture store (first floor) along with a design consideration that became reality when eight apartment units were placed above the store on the second and third floors.
