Restore the Shore

Restore the NJ Shore

In October 2012, Hurricane Sandy inundated the East Coast, destroying more than 650,000 homes along the shores of several seaside states, with New Jersey, New York and Connecticut taking the brunt of the storm. While the government has committed billions of dollars in federal aid, the process of rebuilding these coastal areas has been slowed down due to the sheer volume of those affected.

To address this dire need, Ritz-Craft is privileged to introduce the “Restore the Shore” Collection. The series features homes that have been specifically designed for areas of the United States that were affected by Hurricane Sandy. This collection features ranch, Cape Cod and two story style homes ranging from 1,197 square feet to 2,382 square feet in size. By offering homes engineered specifically for these areas, Ritz-Craft will be able to offer home
buyers expedited build times.

The “Restore the Shore” Collection of homes from Ritz-Craft features:

  • Floor plans specifically designed for smaller coastal lots
  • Open floor plan designs
  • Higher wind zone compliances available
  • Eco-friendly, low impact construction process
  • Quicker build times
  • Energy efficient options, low maintenance homes
  • Superior system-built technology
